Archaeology Now presents Distilling in the Heart of the City, where guests can enjoy a tour and tasting of Bourbon that celebrates a uniquely American spirit produced in the heart of Houston. A live Zoom talk by Bourbon archaeologist, Dr. Nick Laracuente, direct from Ireland, follows his adventures as he discovered, and excavated, silent distilleries, and then was part of their revival.
Tickets include two cocktails as well as a buffet designed to pair with spirits.
