Archaeological Institute of America, Houston Society presents In an Aztec Kitchen - Heritage Tour

Hugo Ortega, the James Beard award-winning chef and co-owner of Hugo’s, Caracol, Xochi, and other celebrated H Town Restaurant Group eateries, along with anthropologist Dr. Dirk Van Tuerenhout of the Houston Museum of Natural Science, will lead a tour of the Houston Farmers’ Market coupled with a cooking demonstration to share the ingredients used in Aztec cooking.
