Come watch as more than 250 artists transform the pavement of downtown Houston into an unconventional art gallery. Festival attendees can talk to the artists, listen to live music from more than a dozen local bands, eat, and drink. To commemorate the festival’s fifth anniversary, a massive 1,800 square-foot mural depicting a hearing-impaired child’s journey to sound will be produced. Festival hours are 10 a.m.- 6 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Sunday.
