Anya Tish Gallery hosts "Passage through the Frozen Dusk," a solo exhibition featuring recent installation work by Romanian, Houston-based artist Adela Andea. The artist will light up the space to create a multi-sensory encounter for her fifth exhibition with the gallery.
In search of extreme, contradictory and remote landscapes, Adela invites us to share her experience while visiting the alluring, rugged Icelandic terra: from the land’s moss-covered lava fields, powerful glaciers, and monochromatic beaches to the sky’s enchanting Aurora Borealis.
Following the opening reception, the exhibit will be on display until February 9.
