Actress, writer and aortic health advocate Amy Yasbeck will appear at Brazos Bookstore on Tuesday to talk about her new memoir, With Love and Laughter, John Ritter. Earlier this year, Yasbeck established the John Ritter Research Program in Aortic and Vascular Diseases at The University of Texas Health Science Center. The program continues her work to combat the devastating disease that took the life of her husband, legendary comic actor John Ritter. Yasbeck will be joined by Dianna M. Milewicz, a leader in aortic disease research. Milewicz will speak about prevention, life-saving testing and genetic discoveries that her UTHealth team has made.
