The 2017 American Heart Association Houston Healthy For Good Heart Walk is a family-friendly festival that promotes physical activity and heart-healthy living. This year the Heart Walk will feature lots of new and fun components, including cooking demonstrations, CPR trainings, and yoga and cycling sessions. AHA has designed this year’s event to rally, inspire and unify people and businesses in the shared effort to rebuild the heart of Houston to be Healthy For Good.
