Competition chefs will include Samir Canaan from Truluck’s Seafood, Steak and Crab House; James Cole from Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steak House; Martha De Leon from Pax Americana; Lance Gillum from Uchi; Edelberto Goncalves from Fieldings local kitchen + bar; Dan Landsburg from Monarch at Hotel ZaZa; Jonathan Levine from Jonathan’s The Rub; Jonathan “Sopha” Long from Grace’s; Alex Padilla from The Original Ninfa’s on Navigation; Eric Romero from Benchmark Kitchen + Tap at The Met; and Colin Shine from Frank’s Americana Revival.

Throughout the evening, guests will cast their vote for their favorite chef and the winner of the highly sought-after Culinary Crown will be announced by emcee Freddy Cruz from 104.1 KRBE. Guests will also enjoy live jazz music, live and silent auctions, a wine pull, a diamonds and champagne bar, a watches and whiskey lounge, and other fun activities.

The goal of the evening is to raise critical funds to support the American Cancer Society’s continued mission to eliminate cancer as a major health problem. This is the perfect occasion to honor those who have won the fight against cancer, those who are still fighting, and those that have sadly lost the battle against cancer.
