Aker Imaging Gallery will present the work of Rashed Haq in a new show entitled Relics & Industrious. Haq, originally from Bangladesh, is a photographic artist now based in Houston.  His work explores the remnants of man’s past through photos of their working tools and the everyday scenes of the industrial workplace that team with color, shape and form. While the tools are nostalgic, the industrial scenes are alive with color and form. Haq describes these through the definitions of Relic and Industrious.

Following the opening reception, the exhibit will be on display through July 28.
