During the event, The Joseph D. Jamail Award for Justice will be presented to Ronald D. Krist, an influential figure in the Texas legal community for more than 50 years who has used his skills as a litigator to advocate on behalf of those in need. This award is presented annually to an exceptional individual who embodies “Joe Jamail’s fervent commitment to advocating for others.” Bobbie Nau will receive AVDA’s Heart of Houston Award for her “exemplary service to Houston and its citizens through philanthropy and volunteerism.”
