Five seasoned actors will play 21 characters in William Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet in a limited engagement of Actors from the London Stage, one of the world’s oldest touring Shakespeare theater companies.

The troupe is based in London but also makes it home at the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Indiana. Each year, the actors tour U.S. campuses to perform and to conduct theater and literature workshops.  In a weeklong residency at UH-Clear Lake, the troupe will conduct performance-based seminars designed to not only improve acting skills, but public speaking and presentation skills for non-actors, as well as foster an appreciation for performing arts and literature.
