A.D. Players will present The Miracle Worker, the story of Anne Sullivan and the awakening of her blind and mute student, Helen Keller. Trapped in a secret, silent world and unable to communicate, Helen is violent, spoiled, and living an almost sub-human life. Only Anne realizes that there is a mind and a spirit waiting to be rescued from the dark, tortured silence.
