This Mardi Gras "Jazz It Up" gala benefits the Fr. Francis E. Monaghan Scholarship Fund, the cornerstone of St. Thomas University's student aid, which currently awards $7.5 million in institutional scholarships to more than 900 UST students. Entertainment will be provided by Yvonne Washington and the Mix 96.5. Washington captivates audiences with her rich, dynamic jazz, R&B and blues vocals in the style of Aretha Franklin and Billy Holiday.
