The Oxtail Mash Up returns for its second year of competitive international flavor and festivity. With more chefs on the all-star line-up and all of the flavorful cultural elements that made last year a smash, the event is poised for a big night of tasty excitement.
The Oxtail Mashup puts some of Houston’s most well known and highly respected chefs head-to-head in competition in celebration of a traditional dish rooted in rich and vast cultural flavors. Oxtail Mash Up attendees will revel and indulge in oxtail creations from the star-studded roster of chefs. Each chef will present their own interpretation of an oxtail dish to win in two categories: People’s Choice and/or Judge's Choice. Guests will also enjoy an open bar of craft beer and cocktails and Hot Toddies (a smash hit from last year). Renowned deejays DJ Big Reeks of the Waxaholics and DJ Sun will accompany the garden walk of PRH’s open studio art exhibits with lively sounds to round out a full evening of food, drink, music, and art.
