Houston's top chefs/restaurateurs will compete for the title of Best Caesar Salad at the 28th Annual Caesar Salad Competition. Awards will be given in four categories — Best Classic Caesar, Most Creative Caesar, the coveted Consumers' Choice and Best Presentation. Restaurants are encouraged to go "all out" with their Caesar-tossing station in order to vie for the presentation award.
Free admission to the first 10 guests who attend wearing a toga.
Proceeds from the event will benefit the Houston Food & Beverage Managers Association.
