Celebrating the event's 25th anniversary, the Celebrity Paws Gala is an animal-friendly affair honoring those who have made significant contributions to protecting man's and woman's companions. This year, the fundraising affair honors the chairpersons of the past 24 years (and their four-legged friends) with an evening starting with cocktails, following by dinner and silent and live auctions. 

Proceeds benefit Citizens for Animal Protection in its quest to shelter neglected and homeless animals in the Houston area, a mission it has served for 39 years.
