Citizens for Animal Protection
Citizen for Animal Protection's Celebrity Paws Gala, "Through the Looking Glass . . . Going Home," is s all about the animals, okay and a bit about their owners, with many guests bringing along their four-legged friends Celebrity pets compete for top-dog-status in whimsical vignettes. CAP has sheltered neglected and homeless animals in the Houston area for 38 years.
