The 2023 NCAA Men’s Final Four Houston Local Organizing Committee will celebrate the start of the 2022-2023 college basketball season with the Basketball Tip-Off Bonanza, featuring the Fan Jam Experience, live musical entertainment, and special appearances by the 2023 Men’s Final Four Host Institutions. As part of the celebration, the HLOC will give away 1,000 basketballs (first come, first served) to youth ages 18 and under (limit 1 ball per youth).
