Holocaust Museum Houston will honor Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg (posthumously) with the Lyndon Baines Johnson Moral Courage Award, accepted by the late icon’s son James Ginsburg. The “Spotlight on Courage” evening will culminate with a performance by Emmy and Tony Award-winning actress and singer Kristin Chenoweth.
The museum presents the Lyndon Baines Johnson Moral Courage Award to individuals who have taken a stand against injustice, hatred and prejudice, and used their skills and influence to make a better world for all people. The annual event – one of the city’s largest and most widely recognized philanthropic dinners – supports the educational programs of the Museum.
