The Texas Renaissance Festival, the nation’s largest, most acclaimed renaissance theme park, returns for the 43rd season with the addition of a ninth weekend. The magic of the Festival transports patrons to the 16th century offering enchanting experiences featuring world-renowned live entertainment, works by master artists and craftspeople, award winning food and drink, hand-powered rides and games, and over 100 interactive characters.
The King and Queen open the 43rd annual Texas Renaissance Festival with Oktoberfest, a celebration of the sausage and beer on September 30 and October 1. Other themed weekends will include:

- October 21-22: Roman Bacchanal
- October 28-29: All Hallows Eve
