"Raising the Barre" is the annual Ballet Barre fundraiser aimed at gathering support from Houston young professionals with a penchant for the arts. The evening begins with a cocktail reception and a silent auction followed by a five-course dinner with wine pairings showcasing the cuisine of Danny Trace of Brennan's, Ryan Pera of Coltivare, Ja'Nel Witt of Corner Table, Rebecca Masson of Fluff Bake Bar and Olivier Ciesielski of L'Olivier, alongside Houston Ballet dancers Soo Youn Cho, Christopher Gray, Yuriko Kajiya, Jared Matthews and Allison Miller as sous chefs.
