2015 Houston Ballet's "Raising the Barre - A Dinner in Five Acts"

"Raising the Barre" is the annual Ballet Barre fundraiser aimed at gathering support from Houston young professionals with a penchant for the arts. The evening begins with a cocktail reception and a silent auction followed by a five-course dinner with wine pairings showcasing the cuisine of Danny Trace of Brennan's, Ryan Pera of Coltivare, Ja'Nel Witt of Corner Table,​ Rebecca Masson of Fluff Bake Bar and Olivier Ciesielski of L'Olivier, alongside Houston Ballet dancers Soo Youn Cho, Christopher Gray, Yuriko Kajiya, ​Jared Matthews and Allison Miller as sous chefs.
