"Celebrate Australia" is an evening highlighting Texas and Australian barbecue through a spirited grilling competition. Chefs participating in this succulent foodie feud include Kevin Bryant of Eleven XI, Donald Chang of Nara Restaurant, Jason Gould of Cyclone Anaya's and Dwayne Carrington of Fiesta Mart.
Proceeds benefit education and outreach programs of the Houston Festival Foundation.
