The Houston Celtic Festival and Highland Games is a family-friendly event celebrating the culture, history, food and arts of Scotland and the other Celtic nations.

Scottish performer Brian McNeill returns to the main stage this year as he celebrates the 43rd year of a career that has established him as one of the most acclaimed forces in Scottish music. Rathkeltair makes its debut appearance at the festival this year. Rathkeltair features three veteran road-warriors from England, Northern Ireland and America.

Flashpoint returns to the festival to headline after making its festival debut last year on the Ceilidh Stage. Flashpoint is an Irish folk band comprised of the finest young musicians in the north Texas area.

Attendees will find activities for the entire family, from sheepherding and historical exhibitions to Scottish athletic competitions and Celtic food, crafts and merchandise vendors. Workshops will help festival goers learn about their Celtic family roots, how to brew beer or speak Gaelic — at least a few words.
