"Raising the Barre" is the annual Ballet Barre fundraiser aimed at gathering support from Houston young professionals with a penchant for the arts. The evening begins with a cocktail reception and a silent auction followed by a five-course dinner with wine pairings showcasing the cuisine of Danny Trace of Brennan's, Chris Shepherd of Underbelly, Randy Evans of Haven, Monica Pope of Sparrow Bar + Cookshop, and Rebecca Masson of Fluff Bake Bar, alongside Houston Ballet dancers Jessica Collado, Melody Mennite, Aaron Robison, Lauren Strongin and Joe Walsh as sous chefs.
