Celebrate the unveiling of the artwork for the 27th Annual Houston Art Car Parade. A panel of judges and an online vote chose four different winners this year, including one grand prize winner whose artwork will be featured throughout the Houston Art Car Parade, and three winners whose artwork will be printed on limited edition T-shirts.
