2013 Mardi Gras Celebration


Host Alex Brennan-Martin invites guests to enjoy a NOLA-style Mardi Gras celebration complete with a faux float, live jazz band, bead tossers and a three-course menu featuring executive chef Danny Trace's Texas Creole favorites, in addition to specialty cocktails and king cake.

Highlights of the Mardi Gras prix fixe menu include BBQ Breaux Bridge crawfish shortcake with buttermilk biscuit, NOLA-style barbecue sauce and St. Arnold beer aioli; lamb chops Tchoupitoulas with Creole mustard crusted Colorado lamb chops, lamb debris meat pie, lamb sausage Jambalaya and mint julep Tchoupitoulas sauce; and Mardi Gras mambo king cake with Bulleit Bourbon praline caramel, Imperial sugars and Creole cream cheese mousse.
