Organized by the East Montrose Civic Association, tour goers will get a glimpse of the architecture in this eclectic neighborhood. For a special treat and a further taste of Montrose, local boutique restaurants, including Sorrel Urban Bistro, Bocados, CuChara, Gratifi, Ambrosia and ElevenXI, will offer gourmet tastings in homes on the tour.

On the Art Studio Walking Tour, local artists will open their studio doors for tour goers to enjoy some local art up close.

Homes on tour are located at: 720 Bomar St., 414 Bomar St., 309 Bomar St., 611 Willard St., 2319 Stanford St., 613 W Drew St. and 402 Welch St. 

Open studios include: Fantasy Gallery at 804 W. Gray, Anderson Fair at 2007 Grant at Welch, Joan Son at 904 Welch, Gloria and Richard Stamper at 1904 Whitney, Penny Cerling at 419 Willard St., Veronique Schlumberger at 315 Willard St. and Nelda Gilliam at 208 Avondale.
