The 2012 Julia Picton Wallace Floral Design Demonstration

The Julia Picton Wallace Lecture, sponsored by the Bass Wallace family in memory of one of the most beloved and accomplished members of The Garden Club of Houston, offers a fitting gift to the community by showcasing flower arranging at the highest level.

Jane Godshalk earned an MBA in organizational behavior before discovering her passion, floral design. Looking at nature, its colors and textures continues to be her inspiration and she loves sharing this beauty with others. She holds certificates in floral design in Europe and the United States. She is on the faculty of Longwood Gardens in the floral design program, presents lectures and workshops around the country and designs for weddings and events.

Auditorium doors open 30 minutes prior to the start of the lecture. Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
