This 5K/1K walk benefits the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Last year, more than 4,000 people in Katy, Kemah, The Woodlands, Sugar Land and Houston walked to increase awareness about the disease and raise funds for MS research.
Participants and spectators will enjoy food, music and kids activities.
The site opens at 8 a.m. The walk starts at 9 a.m.

Admission is free. The average walker raises $225.
