For 36 years, the University of Houston and Miller Outdoor Theatre have partnered to present a Houston institution: the Houston Shakespeare Festival. This year, the festival brings nationally recognized guest Seth Gilliam (star of HBO’s Oz and The Wire) to play the title role in Othello, the Moor of Venice, directed by Leah Gardiner.
