Consisting of 15 parade floats, 30 marching bands and 150 performing groups, the 19th Annual Martin Luther King Parade is expected to attract 300,000 spectators. The parade will originate in Midtown at San Jacinto and Elgin. The festivities will last until 4 p.m.
