The 18th Annual Red, Hot and Blue Festival takes place in The Woodlands Town Center in Town Green Park and Waterway Square. This year’s festival features live music, strolling entertainers, face painting, games, hot dog and watermelon eating contests and much more. The evening will close with a fireworks spectacular.
