The Fifth Ward Enrichment Program (FWEP) will host its 13th Annual Heart of Houston luncheon themed “Enhancing Communities." This year, the luncheon will honor Jerome Gray, vice president and senior press officer with Metro. The Heart of Houston award seeks to recognize and honor those special leaders in the community whose passion has helped improve the lives of young people.
