The League of Women Voters of the Houston Area will honor two of Houston's outstanding citizens and former First Ladies, Elyse Lanier and Andrea White, at the 12th Annual Repast luncheon. Ernie Manouse of PBS Channel 8 will serve as the moderator for the event program. Ariana Montelongo de Valdivia of Houston Media Source will serve as the Mistress of Ceremonies.
