The Harris County Hospital District Foundation's 11th Annual Texas Med 5k Fun Run will wind through the Texas Medical Center. The event attracts 2,000 or so participants, sponsors and volunteers. The proceeds from the 2013 Texas Med 5k Fun Run benefit Healthy Family programs and services within the hospital district.
