The purpose of Youth for Human Rights USA is to educate in interactive and meaningful ways in order to unite all people in these rights and to make them a reality. Through education we can end war, discrimination, and intolerance. Youth for Human Rights USA is dedicated to making human rights a reality. They work with other human rights organizations to co-sponsor educational festivals, events, and activities that enlighten the broad public on their human rights as set out by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
Attend the Human Right Day Walk and Festival and or donate to the funding of community outreach on Human Rights Education. Help network with schools and other organizations to provide the Human Rights Education curriculum, which is provided at no charge to schools or organizations. Come and attend, volunteer, and/or sponsor any of the community events.
The Human Rights Walk and Festival is held in early December each year to celebrate International Human Rights Day.
