The Alliance works to create opportunities for refugees, immigrants, and under-served residents to achieve their goals for self-sufficiency and improve their quality of life.
They are always welcoming volunteers, as well as donors at all levels. There are 17 programs, ranging from mental health to driving school, adult literacy to youth program mentoring, financial opportunity center to vocational training, and many more.
Corporations can conduct workshops to help clients obtain jobs and interviewing skills, whereas the back-to-school drive requires over 200 volunteers, putting together kits for the under-served.
The Great Grown-Up Spelling Bee will be on May 8 at the Junior League, while Back-To-School give 3,000 backpacks with supplies to children in need. United We Dine is an international food festival, and the group's biggest fundraising event.
