Families in the Housing Choice Voucher Program (Section 8) should have real choice in their home and neighborhood. NestQuest's mission is to help break the cycle of inter-generational poverty by supporting families participating in the HCVP program to move to high-opportunity neighborhoods. Their approach is to increase voucher acceptance by landlords in all areas. They also work to support families once they have moved into their new home.
