HOPE is a coalition of animal advocates who are dedicated to ending the homelessness of dogs and cats in Houston through foster to adoption, feral cat Trap-Neuter-Return, and education of the community. Since it was formed in 1999, HOPE has adopted out over 7,000 cats and dogs and TNR'd over 2,600 feral and or community cats.
