Access Care of Coastal Texas provides compassionate, community based access to care for persons with HIV and their health issues through direct and collaborative means, offering awareness education, prevention, and support to the people of Coastal Texas.
They serve Galveston, Brazoria, and Matagorda counties, offering confidential and free HIV testing, prevention counseling, health education/risk reduction, HIV prevention education, clothing assistance, financial education/emergency assistance, housing assistance, medication assistance program, transportation, and volunteer services.

Donations of food and household goods are always put to good use. For your convenience, a downloadable "wish list" is available here, along with the opportunity to make a monetary donation.
Each winter, Galveston Restaurant Week features discounted prix fixe menus from dozens of Galveston's best restaurants. Participating restaurants typically benefit ACCT, with this year providing weekly lunches to its clients. These lunches provide the necessary nutrition for persons with HIV and AIDS. As a direct result of this commitment, a full year of lunches was provided to this very worthy organization.
