GiGi’s Playhouse Down Syndrome Achievement Center's mission is to change the way the world views Down syndrome through national campaigns, educational programs, and by empowering individuals with Down syndrome, their families, and the community. They offer free therapeutic and educational programming to individuals with Down syndrome and their families.

Fundraising and donations will help children and adults with Down syndrome succeed by greatly improving speech and literacy skills, by combating low muscle tone via wellness programs, and by expanding real-world career skills.
The gala is the largest, most important fundraiser of the year for GiGi's Playhouse Sugar Land, and will be centered around celebrating individuals with Down syndrome. The event is a fun-filled evening with a sit-down dinner, open bar, entertainment, wine and whiskey pull, live auction, a raffle, and much more.
