This nonprofit orchestra provides a unique artistic outreach of musical study, cultural education, and performances to all ages and socio-economic levels in the Southeast Houston and Bay Area. They partner with area junior and senior high school orchestras for concerts and musical mentorship, and many of the concerts are free.
