Katy Perry's 2025 The Lifetimes tour kicks off in Houston

Katy Perry will perform at American Airlines Center in Dallas.

Pop star Katy Perry will hit the road in 2025 with her The Lifetimes Tour, which will begin in Houston at the Toyota Center on Wednedsay, May 7.

Perry will also perform in Austin on May 20 and in Dallas on May 21.

The three Texas dates are among nine U.S. stops that come in between international dates in Mexico and Australia on the oddly-structured tour that will last for almost seven months.

After spending June down under, Perry will finish off her tour with 24 more concerts across North America through August 23. She'll then head to South America and Europe to finish the year.

The tour is in support of her new dance-pop album, 143(representing the phrase "I love you"), which was released in September 2024. The seventh album of her career, it was her first album since Smile in 2020.

Perry served as a judge on American Idol from 2018 to 2024, but it would seem that this tour — her first since 2018 — precluded her participation for the upcoming season.

Tickets for the U.S. dates will be available starting with Citi and Verizon presales beginning on Tuesday, January 28.

The artist presale will begin on Wednesday, January 29 at 10 am ahead of the general on-sale starting on Friday, January 31 at 10 am at KatyPerry.com.
