News-South Boulevard-sign

Those looking for a chic place in Houston to lay out their shingle have been drawn to the red-sign-bedecked buildings of Reid Property Advisors. This week, tenants at the building at 2449 South Blvd.—including handbags honey  Alexandra Knight, style maven Roz Pactor and her Pactor Group, Jennifer Gilliam's Gilliam Public Relations, Mark Sullivan's On The Mark Communications, the Pink Ribbons Project and own very own CultureMap headquarters, among others—arrived to construction workers and eviction notices. Unless the buildings can be brought up to code (we hear reports of multiple, persistent violations), these movers and shakers are going to be moving on out.
