Quattro Restaurant presents DAOU Wine Dinner with Master Sommelier Fred Dame
Quattro Restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel Houston will host a special wine dinner featuring DAOU Vineyards & Winery with special guest and Master Sommelier, Fred Dame. This is the second installment of the hotel's summer craft dinner series featuring a unique dinner experience each month with fine wines and rare spirits.
This month's event will begin the evening with a reception before the seated dinner featuring a five-course custom menu with pairings. Guests can indulge in dishes like a tarragon butter-poached lobster & diver scallops, blossom honey lacquered duck breast and a prime striploin.
