International Voices Houston presents Encores, a program celebrating 25 seasons of vocal music. Reflecting on its legacy of performing songs from a broad spectrum of cultures and languages, the choir brings back several memorable favorites from over the years, while also looking forward with some exciting new compositions.
The choral program features music in several languages, including English, Korean, Spanish, Bosnian, French, Japanese, Arabic, Swahili, Hebrew, Italian, Latin, Akan, and Maori. International Voices Houston also welcomes several guest musicians to the stage, including Ingrid Gerling, Jeff Gleason, Julian Hernandez, Jesús Pacheco, Daniel Saenz, Loyce Washington, and more.
