The Houston District of the Metropolitan Opera National Council will present a benefit recital featuring Sofia Selowsky, mezzo-soprano, and Bethany Self, piano, with a reception following. Ms. Selowsky will perform a variety of arias from Mozart, Strauss, Rossini and DeFalla. Proceeds will be used towards prizes for the winners of the annual MONC Houston District Auditions.
