Central Market Cooking School presents Asian Rolls

Participants will get to explore a variety of Asian rolls and the sauces that complement them. Dorothy Huang, Cookbook Author and Cooking Instructor, will introduce the participants to the paper thin pastry wrappers, fillings and techniques needed to create these tasty works of art:

  • Crispy Spring Rolls with Sweet & Sour Sauce
  • Fried Egg Rolls with Spicy Sauce
  • Baked Vegetarian Spring Rolls
  • Vietnamese Spring Rolls with Hoisin Peanut Dipping Sauce
  • Sesame Banana Spring Rolls
