Fashion shows and beauty events fill the Houston weekend: Oh the life!
Even if it still feels like summer, you can still get fall’s cool vibe this week.
Thursday night, Hotel Sorella and CityCentre are hosting Fashiontini Thursday for the Amschwand Sarcoma Cancer Foundation’s Catwalk for a Cure. Doors open at 6 p.m., and after some stylish mingling, Coquette Boutique & Bistro and P-Jai’s Fashion for Modern Men will showcase fall fashions on the runway at 7:30 p.m.
A $20 donation gets you Grey Goose cocktails, Fusion Taco noshes and the benefit of supporting a good cause.
There’s still time to get in on the Neiman Marcus Beauty event. If the counter were too crowded at Fashion Night Out, stop by the Sunday for spa treatments, makeovers and when you pick up $100 of cosmetics or fragrances, walk out with a tote bag filled with pampering products.
Give better face after a Laura Mercier primer event Friday and Saturday at Nordstrom from 10-6 p.m. The Houston-based company’s premiere artists will be giving complimentary consultations and fall fashion know-how’s throughout the day.
Every modern man has at least two grooming products in the bathroom cabinet these days. That is good news for Paul Looney, creator of J Paul Skin Care for Men.
J. Paul celebrates the launch of the line at Festari for Men Saturday at 6 p.m. with shopping, cocktails and bites.
