The 411: Plan ahead, think of the future, design and build better. That was the intended message of Pier & Beam YPs when they awarded Discovery Green the first annual Future Landmark Award. The award, created and voted on, by Pier & Beam spotlights new construction and landscaping projects that contribute positively to the city's built environment. Since its formation in November, the group of future community leaders has grown to a membership of 100.
Who: Pier & Beam chairs Claire Cormier-Thielke and Dave Morris plus Helen Bechtel, Kate Lummis, Nicole and Joey Romano, Asha Ghandi, Madyson Chavez, Meredith Chavez, and Katherine and Omar Haneef.
