Let's hope this one stays dry: Veyron crasher buys another Bugatti
The man behind the infamous Bugatti bayou crash in La Marque last year has purchased another of the rare million-dollar-plus speedsters.
But don't expect a repeat performance, or even to see the 2008 Bugatti Veyron in his driveway. Andy House of Lufkin says his new black and electric blue Veyron was bought for resale only, and is headed straight to Elite Autos LLC in Jonesboro, Ark. to wait for a buyer
Was he concerned about his history with the car, since the crash of the original 2006 Bugatti happened only three weeks after he bought it? "Actually, I bought the first one for resale too," House told CultureMap.
House has remained good-natured about his accident, but of all the attention he said, "It's ridiculous. I think there are a lot bigger problems in the world."
